Also, this enchanting site on which the complex is located inspired this project, offering a 4-star hotel with 30 rooms with wellness facilities and its restaurant opening onto the port. Access to the port will be facilitated for residents of La Fleur d´Eau.
The hotel will provide tenants with access to concierge services such as checking mail or cleaning linens and bedding. It will also be possible to order your meal according to a fixed or one-off choice.
